We had the fortune to spend a good week in Tahoe in late July. It was a great chance to get a change of scenery for the kids to recover and mom to recover too! Plus, how can you not just soak in the beauty of Tahoe. We did a whole lot of nothing, just hanging around, trips to the beach and park and we played some miniature golf.

Although this picture is sideways, it captures Jack's first hole of minature golf ever, which happened to be a HOLE IN 1!!!!!!! |
 |
| Jack loved playing golf, Brooke loved climbing around and playing with all the obstacles |

| Hit under it or climb over it...which ever works best! |
Our big ambitious activity for the week was to go on a hike as a family. NOT a great idea when your kids have been really sick and you do not have good shoes for them. We made it a couple hundred yards, saw the first view of the lake and turned around. This hike will be perfect for another summer adventure!

| A catnap, we did lots and lots of resting! |
We were so spoiled this summer, this was our starter vacation to get us ready for a Cohune week in Hawaii! Those pictures to come shortly.
